1. Scope
Nesta may provide AI-assisted features, public visibility audits, scan reports, recommendations, drafts, summaries, classifications, and similar outputs. Some features combine public or licensed observations with information supplied by customers or obtained from connected accounts.
This disclosure explains important limitations that apply to those features.
2. How AI-Assisted Features Use Information
Nesta may use information you provide, information from connected accounts, and public or licensed information to provide and personalize AI-assisted features and recommendations for your account.
Recommendations and related measurements may be based partly on estimates, inferences, and third-party information. They may not always be complete or accurate, and an observed change does not necessarily mean a recommendation caused that change.
3. Service Improvement and Model Training
Nesta may use aggregated or deidentified usage and outcome information to improve the reliability, relevance, and effectiveness of the Services. This information is designed not to identify or be reasonably linkable to a customer, business, user, lead, account, or device and not to expose one customer's raw data to another customer.
This service improvement is different from training a generalized AI model. Raw Customer Data, lead content, and private connected-account data are not used to train generalized AI models unless Nesta first clearly discloses that materially different use and obtains any permission required by law.
Third-party AI providers may process prompts, business context, instructions, and generated outputs on Nesta's behalf to provide enabled features. Material providers are listed in our Subprocessor List. Provider-specific restrictions, including restrictions governing connected Google data, apply where they are stricter.
4. AI Outputs Require Review
AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for your use case.
You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI outputs before relying on them, publishing them, sending them, or using them to make business decisions.
Nesta does not provide legal advice, advertising compliance advice, professional marketing advice, or guaranteed business results through AI outputs.
5. Public Audit Methodology
Public visibility audits may use:
- information you provide;
- public business profile information;
- public website and search data;
- third-party provider data;
- local map, search, ranking, and AI visibility checks; and
- Nesta scoring, summaries, and recommendations.
Audit results are snapshots. Results may vary by location, time, provider, device, index freshness, data availability, query selection, and third-party API behavior.
6. No Ranking or Lead Guarantee
Public audits and AI recommendations do not guarantee:
- search rankings;
- map placement;
- AI assistant mentions;
- traffic;
- leads;
- revenue;
- ad performance;
- review outcomes; or
- legal or regulatory compliance.
7. Publishing and Connected Accounts
Authenticated product features may draft profile updates, posts, review replies, website content, ads, or other materials.
Unless an enabled workflow expressly states otherwise, drafts and recommendations require human review before they are published or applied.
For connected advertising and lead-generation accounts, customers remain responsible for budgets, billing, targeting, claims, approvals, and compliance with third-party platform rules.
8. Safety and Emergency Use
Nesta is a business-marketing service, not a crisis, medical, mental-health, or emergency-response service. Do not rely on Nesta to identify, monitor, or respond to threats of self-harm, harm to others, or other emergencies. If you or another person may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis service.
